FPUAnet Communications services include network support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For Dedicated Internet Access service, the FPUAnet network includes the FPUAnet port in the customer building and all equipment, including fiber optic cabling, between that port and the Internet. For Bandwidth Connection, E-Rate IP Link, and Dark Fiber Link services, the FPUAnet network includes the customer-facing ports and all equipment, including fiber optic cabling, between those ports. It does not include customer devices or networks attached to the FPUAnet network ports, nor end-user support.

Please note that when you call individual contacts at FPUA, you may not receive an immediate response due to vacations, field work, or other work absences.


We have scheduled routine maintenance windows for the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.  The impact of scheduled maintenance on your service will vary with the nature of each event.  We will normally email more details to affected customers a few days prior to each maintenance window.

Of course, any emergencies may require additional or extended maintenance windows.  As usual, we will provide notifications as early as possible for emergency needs.
